About this job
The CSR will work at our client's HQ in Novato. The company has about 50 people in their HQ and another 50-75 people in their branches.
The environment is busy, fun and casual with good morale.
The CSR's work in cubicles in a small call center of about 15 reps. Throughout the day, they are answering customer inquiries on the status of their filing and status of their order. They answer questions on how to use our client's services and walk customers through the process.
Calls will cover:
* how the service works;
* handling customer complaints and escalations
* some basic billing questions;
* some questions regarding court information.
* Basic computer questions
* Upselling products and services (soft sales that compliment the product).
Call Center Statistics:
* About 90% of their day is spent on phone. One agent is dedicated to handling email. They do not have live chat at this point-they are looking into that.
* The call center currently takes about 400-500 calls per day
* Each rep takes about 40 calls on average per day
