Position: Business Analyst II
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Pay: $65-75,000 a year
Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm
Summary:
- Coordinates with Managed Care team on contract renewals, revisions or termination
- Identified process improvement or other efficiency's related to improving satisfaction level
- Drives and delivers business reviews/meetings
- Alerts practice to any changes services and payer changes
- Collaborates with operational leaders responsible for revenue cycle functions excellence related to denial management, accounts receivable aging, etc.
Required Experience:
- Seeking candidates with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a health system and/or physician office
- Seeking candidates with experience in practice management, patient work flow and revenue cycle management, or health care consulting
- Experience presenting to physician boards, Executive Directors, SVP's, and large physician practices
- Expertise in the areas of assignments of roles relative to the billing clinical work flow, and documentation within the clinic, hospital, and office based setting
- Prefer Bachelor's Degree in Business, but a Master's Degree is preferred
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v look ups)
