Loan Processor - Full-time / Part-time

Currently hiring a loan processor for a well-known bank.

M-F 8-4:30

$15.38/hr

Loan processors will process mortgage loan origination documentation for accuracy and adhere to secondary marketing guidelines. The following are the responsibilities:
-Reviews loan files for completeness.
-Work closely with mortgage loan officers and loan origination sources to gather and prepare all documents needed to satisfy underwriting requirements.
- Keep interested parties updated as to the status of loan applications.
-Coordinate the request of additional information required from customers.
- Quality check documentation for accuracy
- Prepare and submit the underwriting packages
-Communicate any scheduling issues or concerns with managers or mortgage loan officers
