Speak/write using appropriate language, mechanics and gestures Job Description: Inside sales supports our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. You'll spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussing their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with offerings including Payroll, Payments and Supplies solutions. Work Environment: Must be flexible to any Shift between 6AM-6PM, No weekend work expected.
First shift (6am - 2:30pm) / Most (9:30am - 6pm) Qualifications:
Qualifications:
* College degree or 2-4 years of equivalent sales work experience
* Understand and can explain sales methodology and process
* Maintain sales materials and product knowledge
* Retain and grow existing customer relationships with minimal discounting
* Acquire prospects based on a value proposition that results customers actively promoting solutions
* Utilize multiple systems/applications to evaluate customer info and place orders
* Identify customers' financial constraints, anticipate concerns, and overcome objections
* Speak/write using appropriate language, mechanics and gestures Performance Expectations: Training lasts 4-6 weeks and consultants will be expected to:
Not miss work during training
Adhere to attendance policy
Sell the Small Business Ecosystem; Quickbooks, Payroll, Payments and Supplies
Have moderate to expert knowledge of core products
Build customer confidence through consultative selling on every interaction
Follow processes and procedures; leverage tools and resources to find answers
