A multinational banking and financial services company seeks Associate Analysts for a number of openings at their Minneapolis, MN area location. The Associate Analysts will be responsible for reviewing loan documents with heavy attention to detail. A qualified candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and interest in pursuing a career in the financial services industry.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Reviewing and adjusting loan portfolios and performing analysis to reduce delinquency and ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines.
  • Analyzing financial statements, credit and other account information for reporting, remitting and reconciliation activities.
  • Evaluating loan servicing data, conducting research and handling issue resolution and restructuring of problem portfolios.
  • Ensuring disclosures and reporting are accurate and performing root cause analysis on client issues.

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
  • MS Office skills, including MS Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication skills. The ability to interface with clients, customers and managers at a variety of levels.
  • An understanding of lending principles or internship experience in financial services or banking is a plus, but not a requirement.



Hours: 9:00AM-6:00PM, Monday-Friday
