Attention Human Resource Professionals:

A client of ours in the Downtown Boston area is looking for an HR Professional with experience in benefit enrollment. This position will be a 3 month contract with the possibility of a full-time offer upon completion. This company operates in the entertainment market and provide a great environment and strong foundation to further a career! Please read below for some of the qualities that we are looking for in a candidate:

  1. 1+ years in as corporate HRIS/Benefits Admin role supporting open enrollment
  2. 1+ years of experience entering employee info in HRIS Systems (ADP experience a plus)
  3. Experience handling FMLA and other 'leave-of-absence' requests are strongly preferred
  4. Strong interpersonal skills. Candidate will be scheduling meetings with internal employees to explain and enroll those who are interested in the benefit program
  5. Ability to commit to short term contract

This position will be supporting an open enrollment period for more that 100 employees in their office. The enrollment period will take place between Nov 6th & Nov 30th. Employees will enroll between the 6th-17th and the candidate will have until the 30th to get information processed into ADP--their HRIS System. Other responsibilities will include: conducting enrollment meetings with internal employees, assisting with FMLA and other leave of absences requests, and ensuring data integrity throughout the enrollment process.
