Experienced Machine Operator

*Aerotek is hiring for experienced Machine Operators*

Job Description:

• Setting up, performing changeovers, and troubleshooting machines that manufacture composite siding and trimming for the housing industry
• Operate extrusion or CNC machines
• Will be required to clean the belts of machines which involves scraping paint off and can be dirty, should expect that attire will get dirty each day
• Will be required to extensively troubleshoot machines with hand and power tools

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years recent machine operating experience
• Extrusion or Injection Molding experience preferred
• Ability to lift 20 pounds all day long
• Must be able to read a tape measure
• Must have good math skills

Job Details:

• Pay: $14, pay bump to $16 once a permanent employee
• Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd (MUST be open to 12 hour shifts)
• Duration: 6 month contract to hire
• High School Diploma or GED required
