PrideStaff is seeking an Assembly Specialist for a growing manufacturing company in Arvada, CO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performs routine tasks that are repetitive with or without hand tools
• Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Takes verbal instructions on assembly processes and executes instructions in efficient manner.
• Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates and/or verbal instruction.
• Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verifies specifications by measuring and/or testing completed component.
• Resolves assembly problems by team problem solving or by notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources.
• Keeps equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Must be willing to submit to a BG check and drug screen
