Night Shift Production Labor

A Southside Indy hard hat production facility that manufactures all different types of block, cinder blocks, landscaping blocks and etc. is looking for hard working individuals to hire on to their team!  This position requires long hours, but great pay.

This facility is a hard hat, heavy industrial, construction type environment.  Candidates must be able to be extremely flexible with hours & responsibilities on the job.

Position could require work schedule ranging from four-10 hour nights from Sunday- Thursday or Monday- Friday or you could work 12 hour shifts up to 6 days a week during peak season.

This company is looking for stand out candidates that are willing to put in the time and hard work!  Upon hire, this company offers the ability to make $14-20/hour based upon what one has learned during evaluation timeframe.  Benefits, 401K, Holiday and Vacation pay are also available!

Job duties include the following:

• QC/Sorting product
• Lifting and moving blocks
• Sweeping/Shoveling
• Cleaning
• Organizing and helping to fulfill orders.

Most of the facility is indoor, however, one of their locations is exposed to the elements and candidates will be required to potentially rotate jobs as needed.

Position requires the ability to work very physical, manual labor and will be working fast pace, lifting anywhere from 40 to 50lbs on a regular basis.  Ideal candidates will have a construction background, and be comfortable working long hours, in extreme weather conditions, with heavy lifting in a fast paced work environment.
