DESCRIPTION:
A leading manufacturer of pet products is looking for a hard-working individual to assist the company's warehouse manager with daily tasks associated with assembly and order fulfillment. This includes the use of hand and power tools, standard packaging processes, and shipment coordination using web tools.
Job title: Warehouse Associate (part-time)
Reporting to: Warehouse Manager
Pay: $12/hr
Hours: 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Location: Nashville, TN
REQUIREMENTS
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1-2 years of general warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 60lbs repeatedly
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Good attendance and attention to detail is required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and be an effective team member
OTHER:
- Candidates should be able to lift up to 60lbs, and be comfortable working in a non-climate controlled warehouse.
- Candidates must be detail-oriented and able to work under little supervision.
- It is imperative that candidates are punctual and show up for work on time and as scheduled each morning.
- Prior experience in assembly work is preferred.
