We are recruiting for outbound calling associates for an innovative healthcare company in the Central Pinellas market. This opportunity is designed for people who enjoy helping others and like to work in a professional and secure environment. This is a full-time position with benefits and 401K once you are hired into the company.
Skills:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong consistent work ethic
- Comfortable working with members of the general public
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills, able to pick up new programs quickly
- Medicare experience preferred
Duties:
- Make outbound calls to insurance plan members to set in home healthcare visits.
- Report on customer feedback
- Set appointments for nurse practitioners to meet with the clients and be able to explain any special needs for that patient
- Navigate multiple computer programs to coordinate the appointment for the patient.
All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
