Job Summary/Company Information:
- A growing, cutting-edge manufacturer in the Shelbyville area is looking to add Production Operators to their team.
- The company is a manufacturer of metal products including metal roofing and wall panels.
- Operators will train alongside an experienced operator on all machinery, so prior experience working in metal fabrication is ideal, but not required.
- Operators will be responsible for handling a variety of metal products and operating a variety of manual and automated machinery.
Pay/Benefits:
- $13/hour. Upon hire, associates have the potential to bump in pay up to $1/hour.
- Upon hire associates can earn a monthly bonus based on company performance up to $300/ month!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 5am-5pm and overtime on Saturdays, 5am-12pm during peak season.
Requirements:
- Must be able to handle the physically demanding and fast paced work environment.
- Must have the ability to lift 50 lbs consistently throughout shift.
- Must be able to work up to 12 hours shifts.
- Must have the ability read a tape measure down to the 16th of an inch.
- Must have the ability to read drawings/ blueprints, convert decimals to fractions, and calculate angles.
- Experience with forklifts, overhead cranes, and computerized controls are a bonus, but not required.
