About this job
As National Soccer Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to serve as a direct support lead for our Soccer Training Coaches across Life Time. You will also screen talent, regularly audit programming and collaborate with Ultimate Hoops corporate team and club management across the United States and Canada.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
Direct support -- 50%
* Support Soccer Trainer and Coaches with current and/or future business objectives
* Organize meetings via email, telephone, video conference or in person to accomplish action items that drive success in region and nationally
* Execute revenue, payroll, rostering and other Life Time operational reports of the soccer training business.
Casting/Hiring -- 25%
* Manage Hiring database, add requisitions, correspond with candidates and schedule interviews
* Checks references of potential candidates
* Work with team, clubs and HR to ensure all proper new hire paperwork is completed
* Assist with Onboarding new employees
Marketing -- 20%
* Work with Soccer Trainers to edit all print marketing; Program Overviews, Registration Forms, and Camp Documents
* Compose and send Email marketing campaigns
* Reach out to all Leads (Smart Web, UH Life), send them to the appropriate Trainer/Club.
Club auditing -- 5%
* Audit clubs to ensure programming is consistent and set to standards
* Reports Audit Data to Ultimate Hoops Regional Manager
* Use surveys, telephone calls and in-person interactions to report member experience
Ideal candidates will possess most or all of the following:
* 1-3 years of related experience
* Acute sense of judgment, tact and diplomacy
* A strong-sense of teamwork and ability to execute
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
Skills and other pluses:
* Proficiency with basic computer applications including Google Docs, MS Office Apps (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and MAC (Keynote)
* Strong participant in social media
* Knowledge and connection within the local basketball market
Education:
* Four-year college degree

* Language Ability- Intermediate- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, clients, and other employees of the organization in English.
Math Ability:
* Mathematical Skills- Intermediate- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
* Reasoning Ability- Intermediate Skills- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Technical Skills:
* To perform this job successfully, an individual must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook.
