JOB DESCRIPTION

Provides assistance and support to employees and warehouse management. Communicate the status of workflow and perform miscellaneous duties to ensure the work plan needs are met. The position will analyze, process, and input information to ensure the goals of the facility are met. Meeting the facility goals includes, but is not limited to, contributing to the neatness and cleanliness of the facility and always following all established safety guidelines in order to operate safely and prevent accidents from occurring.

Reports to: Warehouse Advisor

Essential Functions:

• Perform classroom and/or one on one training for core workers

• Ability to perform all warehouse or Inventory functions as assigned

• Supports non-exempt employees in achieving daily performance requirements.

• Assist Advisor with daily paperwork as needed

• Maintain open communication and coordinate workload requirements with appropriate personnel

• Knowledge of company policies and warehouse or inventory procedures

• Assist in management of production workflow. Must utilize warehouse systems to predict and direct workflow and execute computer commands to redirect workflow within warehouse systems. Understands how all areas are impacted by decisions to redirect workflow.

• Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure workload requirements are met.

• Basic P.C. skills

• Flexibility of schedule to ensure the needs of the facility are met

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks with limited supervision

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school Diploma or G.E.D. or equivalent work experience

• Positive attendance record (no notice 2nd or higher)

• Work record of adherence to all company policies, regulations and safety rules
