Job Description

Handles all administrative duties required by the Sales and Marketing Divisions in order to provide superior services to our VIP guests.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

The VIP Services department works with all hotel departments and vendor partners to insure the best possible experience for those guests designated as VIP.Work with managers and Group Reservations to make sure accommodations are appropriate for the guest.Arrange transportation, when necessary, either in the hotel vehicle or with transportation partners and arrange to greet the guest upon arrival.Send listing of VIP arrivals to Housekeeping and engineering to insure rooms are checked by department supervisors prior to VIP Services inspection of the rooms.Once the rooms have been cleared by VIP Services, check in VIP Reservations (to protect them from accidental movement in the system.)Personally Greet all VIP guest in the Hotel Lobby.Contact IRD to verify delivery time of any amenities. Personally deliver special items designated by CS/Catering Manager for specific VIP's.Partner with any in-house conference VIP teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for any and all VIP matters.Attend all pre- convention meetings, for all in-house conferences.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following.

Assist Front Office at peak timesAssist with Loyalty Ambassador DutiesQualifications

* Must be able to work alone as well as work well with others.

* Must have good communication skills.

* Must be extremely computer savvy (Microsoft Word, Publisher, Outlook, Express, Excel).

* Previous knowledge of Delphi, Opera and Synergy preferred.

* Must have good organizational skills.
