Restaurant Manager - Mahogany Grille - Full-time / Part-time

The Historic Strater Hotel is looking for a PM Restaurant Manager for our Mahogany Grille to join our team. This position manages the restaurant and staff, ensuring our guests are satisfied with their meals and that our standards of quality are consistently followed.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Coordinates restaurant staff schedules.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and reporting associated with shift.
• Consistently train staff in company standards and expectations.
• Solve guest issues in a professional, timely manner.

Requirements:

• High end, Restaurant management experience required.
• Effective team player, who is willing to ensure tasks are done correctly and efficiently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Open scheduling availability.
• Ability to be on your feet, moving for entire shifts.
• Be able to carry up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Strong computer skills.
