This candidate will be responsible for responsible for evaluating, modifying, and performing preventative maintenance functions as well as operating, maintain, improving, troubleshooting and repairing all aspects of building systems
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must be able to read and interpret system plans and schematics to apply troubleshooting skills to repair and maintain systems
- Must have On Call availability: 24 x 7
- English reading/writing and verbal communication skills required
- Must be able to perform detailed, scheduled maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, steam systems and specialty items such as general mechanical or electrical work
- High school diploma/GED Trade school or some college preferred
- Grade 3 Boiler, Electical 07, City of Seattle Refrigeration, Operator (Freon) licenses and or Universal CFC card preferred but not required
- Valid Washington State Driver’s license with no major or continuing driving offenses 5 years
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screen
