Opportunity with Bon Secours for a front desk receptionist - 7:00AM - 4:00PM at the Megellan Parkway location


Greet guests and employees when they come into the reception area. Make sure process/procedures are followed for access to secured building area (proper identification, appointment, etc)


Answer phone calls and direct to the proper Individual or department.


Work with various vendors weekly. Ensure they have proper access to the building and report any problems or issues.


Receive and process all maintenance requests for building. To include logging issue, contacting appropriate maintenance vendor, tracking issue to resolution and communication to requestor


Assist with special events in building by making signs to direct guests.


Book conference rooms as requested.


Ensure the porter takes care of any special requests that come up during the day.


Handle any maintenance suggestions in building. If the cost is above normal wear and tear, research for an estimate of what is to be done and forward for approval.


Order supplies.


Sign for and distribute packages that come in through FEDEX and UPS.


Distribute company huddle communications weekly


Create/delete access badges for employees


Scheduling non-routine services for employees (food trucks, massage days, etc.)
