Discount Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

BASIC PURPOSE: The primary purpose of the Discount Coordinator position is to identify, document, and resolve issues related to discounts.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Produce and review exception reports related to discounts.
• Work with management and billing card companies to resolve issues.
• Communicate and document issues and resolutions to management.
• Verify discount and rebate setup for Fleet customers. 
• Handle customer service issues, including research and customer inquiries.
• Provide customer with supporting documents.
• Other duties assigned as needed.

   

  EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Education:
  •    Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field required

• Experience:
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience

SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Skills:
  • Hard Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office with strong emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with SAP BI is a plus
  • Soft Skills: Strong oral and verbal communication skills; ability to perform and make decisions under pressure and strict deadlines; excellent time management skills; detail oriented; ability to multitask and be a team player

     

• Typical Physical Demands:
  • Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping
  • Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator.
  • Requires normal range of hearing and vision.
