JOB DESCRIPTION:
  • Performs a variety of administrative functions
  • Schedules appointments, and provides information to callers
  • Composes memos, transcribes notes, researches and creates presentations
  • Generates reports, handles multiple projects, and prepares and monitors invoices and expense reports
  • May assist with compiling and developing the annual budget
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Communicates well in writing and verbally
  • Able to function with little or no instructions
  • Comfortable interacting with managers and executives
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Able to type 40+ words per minute
