Answer the customer support call phone line-be able to understand what the customer needs help with, document it in the support ticket system, and assign it to the correct resource.
Perform administrative tasks such as helping with marketing campaigns, email campaigns, processing contracts, updating databases, following up with customers, create weekly newsletter based on content provided by staff.
work with the custom services team to assist in creating statements of work for clients and prospects, distribute via email and follow up on status.
Monitor metrics by accessing internal dashboards and running reports to identify problem areas and notify the appropriate manager.
