You will be responsible for coordinating and participating in all FOH and BOH operations in a fast-paced environment. Each day presents new challenges and opportunities, which include, but are not limited to:

  • Hiring, scheduling, training and motivating team members (ongoing)
  • Implementation and participation in sales strategies and promotional campaigns to increase business
  • Investigating and resolving customer issues
  • Assists in the management of food and labor budgets
  • Creating and managing employee schedules
  • Inventory and supply ordering
  • Overseeing cleaning and maintenance of equipment and facilities
  • Ensuring all health and safety regulations are met and exceeded.

  • Education: High School Diploma required. Undergraduate (bachelor’s) degree, in Hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Experience:  At least two years of experience as an employee at Seasons Pizza, or three years of experience as a supervisor or manager in a restaurant or food-oriented retail environment is required. Knowledge of service standards, food and beverage controls, and operational efficiencies is preferred.
  • Physical: Applicants must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Work Schedule:  Applicants must have weekend availability and will typically be scheduled to close the restaurant 4 nights a week.
