Customer Service Rep - Part-time

Objective: As a customer service rep for PockitShip Inc. you will assist in many facets of the organization. As a start-up company, PockitShip is in the development and implementation phases allowing you to learn what it’s like to be at the forefront of an emerging company. You will assist with customer service, research projects, reporting, marketing communications, operations, and business development.

Primary Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

• Assist with customer service calls and data entry

• Help customer to book orders through email, phone, chat, and other channels

• Thorough research on potential partners including company background information, name, number, etc.

• Assist in the development of marketing materials, both print and electronic media, necessary to engage prospective customers and partners.

• Assist with drafting of various parts of the PockitShip marketing strategy. This will include assistance in coordinating various marketing methods including, direct mail, print ads, networking, internet, social media, and develop new methods of marketing.

• Identify best trade shows, conferences, and networking events for PockitShip executives to attend that meet budgetary constraints and provide best value for the company.

• Coordinate networking events that help to develop new business opportunities.

• Assist in social media content

• Assist with research and data entry of (CRM) Customer Relationship Management Systems.

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a rapidly changing environment

• Must have excellent interpersonal and follow-up skills

• Proactive problem prevention and issue resolution ability

• Leadership potential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet, and Outlook required

• Ability to learn other software programs

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
