A local Springfield company is searching for a Data Documentation Specialist who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs. The Data Documentation Specialist’s daily responsibilities would include filing and handling mail, as well as other office-related tasks, including data-entry of medical documents and invoicing. The candidate will be working with the supervisor of the department to ensure that information is handled appropriately. This highly organized and customer-service minded position works internally with management and other office staff on a daily and weekly basis. This position offers some overtime hours each month.
