Bloomingdale's is seeking a productive and energetic Fulfillment Team to expedite customers orders on-line orders. The Fulfillment Associates interacts on the selling floor and stockrooms to find our customers merchandise for both in-store pick and orders to be shipped.
Our seasonal associates are temporary employees.
All seasonal associates may be required to work on weekends, and/or on key holiday shopping events, such as the Friday after Thanksgiving, Friends and Family and Private Sale. Hours are subject to change based on business needs.

Essential Functions:
- Greeting all walk-in customers promptly and delivering "friendly and attentive service"
- Select and gather merchandise throughout the store requested by our customers
- Locate merchandise on the selling floor and/or stockrooms
- Scanning in merchandise
- Matching merchandise with customers order
- Packing merchandise to be picked-up or shipped
- Work with the fulfillment team and complete orders on a daily basis
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- Must have PC experience and be comfortable learning and utilizing fulfillment systems
Communication Skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with peers and management
Reasoning Ability
- Works well independently
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and positive attitude
- Ability to take direction from managers
- Ability to stay organized in busy environment
Other Skills
- Task-oriented
- Outgoing and approachable personality; polished and professional attire
- Self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team. Must have good time management skills
Work Hours
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and selling events.
