Job Description$60-70K/year. THIS IS A DIRECT HIRE POSITION! Kelly Services is looking for a Maintenance Technician for our customer in the West Chester, OH area. Essential Functions:* Learn every facet of the operation and maintenance of the new Pack Bev bottling lineequipment being installed* Member of the Factory Acceptance Testing team to validate all equipment performanceas required before delivery to the site.* Member of capital project team to support installation plan and schedule from amaintenance and equipment requirements perspective.* Review all equipment operating instructions and establish Preventive Maintenanceprogram with scope and schedule.* Once process is running, ensure all equipment is performing at peak efficiency at alltimes. Interface with production line operators to monitor any abnormal equipmentperformance problems and intervene whenever necessary to minimize equipmentdowntime and/or packaging quality risks.* Member of the team reviewing downtime factors and efficiency losses. Propose andimplement corrective actions from maintenance perspective to eliminate root causes.* As business grows, we plan to expand the production schedule to include a second shift.This role will need to be available on-call for evening technical support by phone and/orto respond to the site as required to address equipment operating issues.* As member of the Cincinnati maintenance team, technician will also providemaintenance services as needed across all Cincinnati facilities when not needed in the Pack Bev area. Key skills and abilities:* strong maintenance experience and capabilities with mechanical and controls systems* Bottling line experience is highly preferred* can think and act independently with minimal supervision but also workscollaboratively with a team to achieve a common goal.* must be able to learn the full operating and maintenance details of 15 new pieces ofequipment very quickly become the site expert on the machines* must be extremely well organized and detail oriented* can identify problems quickly and work to resolve without supervision or delay* give troubleshooting direction to production employees who do not report to the role* embrace team approach to managing the overall performance and continuousimprovement of the production lineRequirementsEducation (minimum requirements/equivalent):Minimum High School (college preferred). Training/certification in maintenance ormechanical and controls systems is required.ExperienceA minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.
