Job DescriptionCustomer Service Associate Will ensure good communication of information to customers regarding pricing, inventory of material, and order entry of all company's products in a manner that will ensure complete customer satisfaction.* Establish a good working relationship with distributors/customers, assisting them by having the ability to answer their questions regarding company's products.* Communicate with other departments; assuring customer-s needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.* Advise field salesmen and sales managers of any immediate situations in their territory regarding special quotes, large inquiries or complaints from customers/potential customersRequirementsAbility to calculate pricing based on square feet and solid general math knowledge.Computer knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems. SAP experience preferred.Ability to maintain integrity of records retention.Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and work under time constraints. Basic problem solving skills.Experience working with customers via phone and email. 2-3 years experience preferred.Good oral/written communication skills. Team member orientation.Strong work ethic with promptness to work and dedication to job tasks while at work. Good attendance.Customer service oriented by solving customers problems in balance with the needs of the company.Ability to change roles within a day and recognize the philosophy of each discipline. Compile open order status information for customers upon request.Work is usually independent, performing many tasks with no direct supervision.Need a candidate that is organized, multi-tasker, pays close attention to detail and has an outgoing personality.EducationHigh school required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.Equivalent of on-the-job training will be considered.
