Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARYInput maintenance records for all equipment. Tracking and output data collection to be used in ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES* Order Management Online: Input repair order information, maintain daily entries associated with all work requests. Must meet regulatory requirement for Section 396. * Review and update work order status, deferred activities, parts entries, labor hours and any statuses associated with all work orders. Assist Lead mechanics with daily reviews, setting priority of all work order types and assist with parts requisitions and PO's. * Update Mechanic files along with maintaining all unit records on a daily basis utilizing INFOR EAM. Daily Data entry including: Entering information from DVIR reports, tracking mileage, repairs, parts, vacations, sick days. Assist in the Ready-to-Schedule backlog review and update by Operations and Maintenance; Kept informed on the resolution of schedule deficiencies and manpower allocation issues; * Assist the Sr. Service Supervisor-Maintenance, in the publication of the final work schedules for the maintenance team daily. Assist DOT Compliance Supervisor and Sr. Service Supervisor with reports from the Maintenance Work Center Management System (INFOR EAM). * Daily data entry including: Entering new truck reports, tracking, mileage, repairs, parts, JSA, NMPH, vacations, sick days for Maintenance department* Assist in preparation of presentations for training as needed and gather required information* Keep up to date on progress of equipment out for repairs and follow up periodically on all part ordered. Scribe for weekly maintenance/parts from update.* Track scheduled inspections and provide daily reports to show status of when they are inspected and completed. (backlog) Assist to maintain all Annual Inspections on Unit board to mirror the Maintenance Work Center Management System (INFOR EAM) records. Track all heavy equipment PM's and keep supervisor informed of repairs required.* Tracks expense receipts and reports for Maintenance department to code unit expenses. Prepare P-Card statements monthly for Maintenance staff. Organize receipts, fill in supporting data and forward for appropriate approval.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- A High School diploma or equivalent certification is required. - A minimum of 5 years clerical/administrative experience required with 2 years related experience in a technical support role in the oil and gas industry. - Education may be considered in lieu of experience.- Familiarity with DOT regulations and experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred.- Must possess advanced typing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and other database type programs.
