Cash Applications Associate, West Palm Beach, FL Cash Applications Associate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for an opportunity to develop your finance career, then we have a great opportunity for you. Duration: 3-6 months, possibly longer depending on workload and performance Shift: 7:30 am-4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, fulltime Positions Available: Multiple Type: Contract, possible contract to hire for the right candidate Pay Range: $14.00-16.00 an hour, depending on experience Responsibilities: Timely and accurately research and apply customer payments; including checks, ACH/EFT, direct debit, and credit cards Work with customers and branches to resolve outstanding credits/ invoices Prepare general ledger journal entries as needed Research and prepare customer refund packages for processing Management of A/R Support E-Mail Box Reconcile customers payments and invoices Work closely with Strategic Accounts department to assist with research/reconciliation of large customer payments Qualifications Must have a high diploma or GED and at least two (2) years of relevant cash application or Accounts Receivable (AR) experience Post-secondary degree in business, finance, or accounting is strongly preferred Strong communication skills Analytical skills with a high attention to detail Well organized, ability to prioritize and manage high volumes of workflow Initiative and good judgment Excellent computer skills with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong initiative to drive process improvement Team spirited and team oriented a must Why Kelly®?
