About this job

IT Helpdesk, North Wales, PA IT Helpdesk with have several years of Help Desk experience providing troubleshooting support over the phone and in person, while providing excellent customer service. You should expect to provide support for at least 5-7+ calls per hour. Duration: 5 to 12 months, depending on workload and performance Shift: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, but candidate should be flexible as this could change at a later date. Pay Range: $17.00-$22.00 an hour, depending on experience Responsibilities Provides technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware (e.g., PCs, servers, mainframes). Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transactions, systems status and downtime procedures, and is typically located within a call center. Collaborates with network services, software systems engineering and/or application development in order to restore service and/or identify problems. Maintains a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems Performs moderately complex and varied tasks May have specialized external certification Has developed proficiency in a range of processes or procedures through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience Completes a variety of atypical assignments Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments Works with a limited degree of supervision Acts as an informal resource for colleagues with less experience Qualifications Post-secondary certificate or Associate's degree in applicable discipline 2-5 Yrs of related Help Desk experience-taking calls and customer service experience Why Kelly®?
