HR Generalist/Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job DescriptionKelly Services is seeking an experienced HR Generalist/Representative to perform a variety of HR-related functions to support the operation of our customer in the Northern Alabama area.Essential Functions: - Partners with employees and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws and standards. - Administration of Leave policies such as Family Medical Leave- Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations. - Interviews, screens and recruits job applicants to fill entry-level, professional and technical job openings. - Facilitates or provides training (including orientation) to the workforce. - Provides recommendations to the management team for corrective action and continuous improvement. - Maintains and coordinates employee recognition programs. - Performs benefits administration by communicating information and assisting employees with their benefits during new hire orientation, qualifying events, and open enrollment.- Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed. - Maintains compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment. - Performs all other duties as assigned. Requirements:- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. - Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.- Detail orientated, proactive, and driven to execute high quality work on time.- Excellent oral and written communication skills.- Ability to relocate Please apply today!
