We provide employment to more than 700,000 people annually and we deal with some of the largest and best companies both nationally and locally.   As an Inventory Specialist placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for receiving, labeling, storing, and shipping of investigational clinical supplies with other personnel.    Job Responsibilities: Inventory Management Receiving, labeling, storing, and shipping of investigational clinical supplies with other personnel.  Work with clinical sites to ensure that supplies necessary for study conduct have been received.  Collaborate with the clinical trial study personnel to ensure complete product control and accountability during clinical studies and at study close out.  Ensure proper completion and maintenance of product release and accountability documents  Responsible to maintain clinical supply inventory, and provide assistance with equipment maintenance and calibration.  Assist in the preparation/revision of SOPs as needed  Keep appropriate records, write reports and provide information to other departments  General Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree or some amount of college preferred 1 to 2 years of Supply Management and or Inventory Control experience is preferred.  Must be able to function in a matrix supervision environment  Exposure to Clinical Trials, QA and Logistics  Laboratory or Clinical Research experience  Familiarity to the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry  IATA qualified (for shipping dangerous goods)  Additional Information: Highly detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate and work with others.  Must take responsibility for assigned tasks, and must be able to meet critical timelines.  Adaptability is critical in this role.  Demonstration of sound judgment by taking appropriate actions regarding questionable findings or concerns.  Must be able to effectively work independently or in a team environment.  Must be able to provide rotational on-call support  Shifts: 8-5 M-F Length of Contract: 12 Month Temporary Position Pay Rate: $12-14/hour DOE Kelly Temporary Employee Perks: Group medical, prescription, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance options that are available for purchase—and the coverage is portable* Service bonus plan Holiday pay plan Weekly electronic pay options Free online training campus available Exclusive online employee community Corporate discounts   Apply Now!
