Kelly Services is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our top clients in Lake Forest, IL. Pay Rate: $19.00 per Hour Schedule:  Monday - Friday; daytime shift Duration:  18 months Hrs/Wk:40.00 Start date: June 5th  As a Customer Service Representative placed with Kelly Services, you will be responsible for communicating with consumers and all levels of the health care community. DUTIES Screens callers in medical customer service environment Accurately documenting and processing calls across all of  prescription product lines  Database entry and maintenance, word processing Filing, phone call screening, records maintenance, typing, and faxing Manages confidential records EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or Equivalent  Years of Experience 0-3 Must be able to read and understand written and spoken English  Experience with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook)  Why Kelly?
