Cashier - Hiring Event!

Bojangles’ Cashiers perform several valuable duties during a normal shift.  Team members with Bojangles typically assist customers and prepare food. You will also be working the order counters, registers and drive-thru windows at Bojangles’.  Bojangles’ team members in the kitchen, make our famous Biscuits, Chicken and Tea and quickly prepare food made to order.  Cashiers may also perform cleaning duties in the restaurant kitchen, front line, dining room and outside areas if assigned.  Most are all assigned as daily positional cleaning responsibilities.  Bojangles’ team members work alongside Bojangles’ managers to ensure every guest receives quality service exceeding each guest expectations.  

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
• Takes orders and serves meals and beverages promptly and courteously
• Operates the complete POS system and other required software
• Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
• Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
• Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
