Eliot's a 24 hour youth program located in Brocktton for adolescent girls is seeking a full-time Cook.
Responsibilities:
Plan and/or follow a weekly menu consisting of well-balanced nutritious meals that meet USDA requirements ensuring
proper taste and temperature
Prepare appetizing, healthy, well balanced meals and snacks
Inspect all food for quality and quantity prior to serving
Assure that menus and meals are culturally diverse, in accordance with the ethnic backgrounds of residents
Prepare meals for special events and Holidays
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with food suppliers
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Pay rate: $12.25 per hour

At least two years experience in a food service setting preferred. Knowledge of food ordering, menu planning, nutrition and health codes. Ability to establish professional working relationships. Must be 21 years of age and
have a MA. driver's license.
