Job Summary: As a Regional Account Manager you’ll be the face of Integrity in one of our most important Operational roles. You’ll manage multiple client locations, supporting both recruiting and onsite functions. You’ll need outstanding communication skills and a strategic-planning mindset to foster strong, successful relationships with the clients in your assigned region.

This role provides leadership, direction, support, advocacy, and vision to a group of client-facing leaders that own the business health of their location, many of which operate 24x7. 

This role will report to a Director of Operations and will be based out of one of our Field Client Sites. 

What your day may look like:

  • Track and maintain performance and effectiveness of your region via established KPI’s and daily, weekly and monthly reports. Identify areas of opportunity for continuous improvement to established KPI’s.
  • Consult with client to address service levels in regards to marketing, recruiting, and on-site functions.
  • Control costs by monitoring personnel utilization, material usage, real estate, travel, and by analyzing fluctuations in volumes and staffing needs.
  • Set and clarify requirements and expectations for onsite and recruiting leadership teams. Measure performance, provide feedback, and hold team members accountable for both individual and site performance..
  • Promptly identify and find solutions for operational and personnel issues impacting service levels across multiple functions..
  • Partner with Strategic Recruiting to understand the overall strategy and projected hires in each market. Present order-fill and campaign strategies at the Senior Client peer level. 
  • Ownership of Direct Hire, Temporary and Internal staffing (staff levels, hiring, training and performance management) at assigned locations.
  • Partner with the client to create and drive scalable strategies, in both recruiting and operations, to meet Peak demands; strong focus on community engagement strategy at all sites.
  • Train and assess Recruiting and Ops leadership teams; provide developmental coaching and positive motivation. Create and manage to performance improvement plans/corrective action as necessary..
  • Obey all safety and workplace policies of our client while on their premises.

Basic requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive Staffing Agency/Recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a management capacity
  • Perceptively gauge client needs and manage time and travel accordingly
  • Superior ability to measure progress towards achieving performance metrics and producing timely and accurate status reports
  • Regular Attendance is required
  • 50% + travel required

Physical requirements: At times, you may be rolling up your sleeves and fulfilling orders for our customer experience driven clients.  This may require that you perform anything from driving commercial machinery, directing facility parking, working in facility process paths, walking continuously and lifting, carrying, climbing steps, pushing, pulling materials or products.
