We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, to work out of our Corporate Office in McLean, VA. This position will be responsible for the planning, management and execution of strategic marketing initiatives, and tracking enterprise-wide results for measuring effectiveness and ROI.

This role requires a highly strategic and analytical skillset, with a desire to seek solutions with persistence, thoroughness and flexibility. The Senior Manager, Marketing Operations requires close collaboration and coordination with a number of internal partners including: all areas of Marketing, Business Analysis team, Sales, Technology, Asset Management, Budgeting, Customer Experience and Operations teams
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Sets the strategy and manages implementation and tracking for the company’s enterprise marketing automation system
• Develops departmental processes and procedures for marketing performance reporting and attribution.
• Leverages data and analytics from multiple sources to help identify opportunities for marketing optimization
• Responsible for marketing performance benchmarking and measurement, strategic planning guidance and execution, competitive intelligence, budgeting, and process development
• Develops strong working relationships with subject matter experts in the business as well as both internal and external partners. Executes on opportunities to bring continuous improvement practices into daily routines.
• Identifies new opportunities for technologies, work flow improvement and innovation

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 7 years business management experience; 5+ years of Marketing, Finance or Business Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or an equivalent combination of skills, training and hands-on experience.
• Must possess strong project management, communication, and leadership skills including producing quality deliverables under tight deadlines, driving deliverables to completion through other people without direct supervisory responsibility
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills with ability to use query and report generation tools
• Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret raw data and the ability to accurately explain that data in verbal and written communication
• Ability to translate data into insightful, compelling, graphical reports for delivery to management
• Computer skills, including specific knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate to audiences at all levels.
• Trust-based relationship builder with proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and peers
• Ability to effectively present information to senior and executive level management.
• Strong work ethic and adaptability are a must
