RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare food items according to guest orders of consistent quality following designated recipes
- Stock and maintain designated food stationOperate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times
- Performs any other job related duties as assigned
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum one year culinary experience required
- ServSafe Certification required
- Culinary Certificate preferred
- Must be flexible to work all shifts to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work the 2pm - midnight shift.
