Seasonal Sales Associate

The New Theatre Restaurant in Overland Park, KS is looking for Seasonal Sales Associates to begin training in late October.

This seasonal team member is responsible for providing exceptional customer service as they process New Theatre gift certificates/ticket reservations at the Oak Park Mall kiosk. This position will be cross-trained to work by telephone or at the Box Office if needed November through the holiday season in December.

The idle candidate(s) would have the following:

• excellent customer service skills
• sales experience (preferred)
• be detail oriented
• open availability to fill day time and/or evening hours
• reliable transportation

Upon opening in their Overland Park location in 1992, New Theatre Restaurant became the only year-round professional theater in the state of Kansas. In our recently updated facility, we will continue to strive to be the absolute best at what we do!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

(Other duties may be assigned) • Provides an outstanding level of customer service on the phone, at the window and in person. • Hand out flyers proactively at the Oak Park Mall kiosk during November and December. Ability to stand for extended periods of time needed. • Fills out proper forms, i.e. print slips, adjustment slips, lost gift certificate forms, corporate exchange slips, etc., and routes them accordingly. • Performs extra duties and works occasional overtime during Season and Gift Certificate campaigns as necessary. No time off granted in Nov. & Dec.
