About this job
Property Support 3 Supports Engineering Property processes for Engineering projects, active test programs, and customers through requirements definition, acquisition, disbursement, and the life cycle of government and company property. Use cross-functional global supply chain processes to conduct operations associated with contractual authority, supplier interface, material handling, calibration recalls, use certifications, environmental, Title V compliance, and safety, records maintenance, and disposition. Supports Property Management and Contract Administration focal points to perform internal reviews, inventory verifications, contractor self-assessments oversight, related government and internal audits and contract closeouts.
Basic Qualifications:
A High School diploma (or GED)
4 years’ experience in aircraft hanger operations or equivalent government, DoD or Military property management, Engineering Property System (EPS) and/or or Global supply chain management experience required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) required.
Active or Current (Current = active with past 24 months) and In-Scope DoD Secret Clearance is required (In-scope = most recent background investigation completed within 5 years).
Ability to frequently lift, position and reposition items weighing up to 50 pounds, climb ladders and work on scaffolding, and perform continuous repetitive overhead-reach work
Preferred Qualifications:
Tool Crib operations experience and a working knowledge of DoD aircraft operations, Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and ASTM
Property Standards, proficiency in MS Office suite, property related `EPS and or `Asset Smart `TEAMMS or other common electronic tools and SAP business applications preferred
