Key Responsibilities
* Maintain GFE+ system; ensure all styles are flowing and accurate for all outlet (inclusive of FOA, FOE and APAC) and off price channels.
o Create item definition for your Polo Factory Outlet & Off Price product category
o Maintenance for add/drops/changes o Line maintenance -- delivery shifts, bucket tracker, material number changes
o Open delivery buckets
o Run projection reports
* Assist in Outlet and Off Price development process for knit, wovens, sweaters, denim and outerwear. * Attend Off Price and Outlet milestone merchandising meetings including design review, adoption and line opening.
* Compile and publish line lists, as well as maintain sku targets summary within each line list.
* Maintenance of all merchandising tools including stats and line books.
* Assist in seasonal showroom presentation set up. Ensuring all samples are received and documented and all Merchandising materials have been created.
* Maintenance of TOP samples received from Production.
* Accurately complete Add/Drop/Change memos, and follow-up on execution with materials from cross functional teams.
* Assistance with special projects as needed.
Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree
* 1-2 years of work experience in the fashion industry.
* Strong communication, interpersonal & teamwork skills.
* Highly organized, detail oriented & accurate.
* Strong analytical & retail math skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
* GFE experience highly preferred.
