Duration: 6 month contract

Supporting: FEMA - assisting victims of natural disaster

Schedule: 8 hour shift between 6am-10pm, 7 days a week (this role is URGENT - we are looking for up to 500 citizens to assist with disaster relief due to recent hurricanes)

Description:

  • Must speak Spanish and English fluently
  • Takes and processes transactions by telephone, internet, and correspondence from customers and representatives.
  • Enters and maintains database records of customer profiles and prepares and maintains status reports.
  • Acts as liaison for customers
  • Maintains knowledge of company products and customer service processes.
  • Close supervision involving detailed instructions and checking on work performance. Work is manual or routine in nature and typically performed in accordance with established procedures or processes.
