Summary

Territory Sales Specialist

We are seeking an outgoing, tech-savvy, sales-driven professional to increase mindshare and motivate associates within a major retailer. The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships in retail locations through customer service, sales support, and product expertise. Must have the ability to drive sales by way of successfully training and coaching retail staff, creating and implementing motivating in-store activities to increase product mindshare, managing store relationships across multiple stores, and contributing to the store’s customer service culture.

Responsibilities
  • Work directly with retail employees and store management to drive and increase sales of the client’s products and services. Use direct training, observation, side-by-side sales support and customer interactions as a direct method of demonstrating and educating employees about sales techniques and the client's new and current promotional activities. Educate associates and management on how to sell the client’s products and services via informal (side-by-side).
  • Use personal initiative to create and implement motivational contests, goals, challenges and incentives to further improve sales or in response to low performance as you encounter challenges. Through analysis of visits and sales data, make suggestions and presentations to suggest methods of increasing sales for the client.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the partner's employees, managers and customers, demonstrating in-depth product knowledge, and maintaining client presentation standards. Provide exceptional client service and follow-up with all stakeholders.
  • Effectively managing multiple stores within your territory.
  • Increase brand representations and effectiveness through establishing and maintain customer and client relationships.
Qualifications
  • 2-3+ years Direct Sales Experience or Assisted Sales Experience in a consumer electronics retail environment
  • Training experience in both informal and formal settings
  • Experience as a computer and/or personal device sales Associate, supervisor, or trainer is a plus
