The Lodge & Conference Center at Geneva-on-the-Lake is located in the heart of Ohio's Wine Country on the shores of Lake Erie. Managed by Delaware North, The Lodge features 109 spacious, newly remodeled guest rooms, many overlooking the lake. The property also features 25 new Cape Cod-style cottage units, many with lake views! Opening soon is an exciting and daring attraction - Lake Erie Canopy Tours, which features ziplines and challenge courses!

The Opportunity

As the AM Kitchen Supervisor in Horizons Restaurant at The Lodge, you'll be responsible for supervising and assisting with the training of kitchen staff, ensuring professionalism and quality of guest service and product. The AM Kitchen Supervisor is responsible for opening the kitchen and banquet areas. This is a full-time hourly position with benefits, reporting to the Executive and Sous Chefs. Applicants must be available to work weekends and holidays. $250 Hiring Bonus available for this position!

Specifically, you'll be responsible for:

• Supervise and train all kitchen hourly staff during shift.
• Assist with all prep work as related to the shift for the hot line.
• Assist in ordering and stocking supplies.
• Prepare all orders exactly as ordered and to the chef's specifications while controlling waste and food cost.
• Prepare all food items as ordered with quality control and timeliness.
• Adhere to ServSafe procedures and label, date, wrap, and rotate all food product.
• Follow safety, security and kitchen procedures.
• Monitor hourly staff to ensure productivity and labor control.
• Work the hot line as needed.
