Manufacturing Company in Wilmington is seeking Operators and Production Assistants
Position Summary
Qualified candidate will be responsible for learning to run an extrusion line. Will be required to learn and demonstrate considerable skills, knowledge and experience related to running an extrusion line and all associated equipment. Candidate will display a commitment to Core Values.
Requirements:
Must have strong decision making, analytical skills
Ability to work cross functionally
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Must be self directed, motivated and able to multi task
HS diploma or GED required Ability to work in hot or cold environment
Wage and Benefits
$11.00/hr with .66 cent shift differential
12 hour shift with a rotating schedule - work 16 days a month

Positions have progressive pay structure with increases every 3 months.
