Job Summary: A plastics company is seeking an Extrusion Machine Operator for their organization. Duties will include loading and unloading goods, machine set-up, quality inspection, coiling product to specific lengths, crimping, cutting, and packaging product. Candidates may also be doing finishing work including working with saws, punch presses, and sonic welders.
Location: Grand Rapids, NW
Position Type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Pay: $12.50-12.75/hr
Schedule: Openings on 2nd Shift 2:50pm-11:00pm and 3rd shift 10:50am-7:00am
Qualifications: Applicants must have manufacturing experience, excellent math and measurement skills, and a history of excellent attendance. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
