Job Summary: A national manufacturer of insulation products in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a cutter operator to join their team. Responsibilities include driving forklift, loading and unloading raw and finished goods, operating and monitoring molding and expander machines, adjust machine settings, remove scrap material to designated area, and moving finished goods to areas in the facility. This is a busy company with room to grow upon hire-in.
Location: Grand Rapids SW
Position Type: Full-time, evaluation hire
Pay: $12.00-$12.50/hr
Schedule: Openings on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts
Qualifications: Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED and possess a minimum 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment operating machines. Candidates must have a mechanical aptitude, good math skills, and able to read measurements. National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC) preferred, but not required.
