About this job
Looking for Automotive and Lube Techs to travel the United States (all expenses paid by company) to train dealership technicians the company's Quick Service process! This person will demonstrate the process live to 2 dealerships a day throughout the country.
Must have:
1. At least 1 year of automotive mechanical background. (change oil, tire rotation, multi-point inspection, etc.)
2. Strong personality/Enthusiasm
3. Customer service/Ability to train others
4. Strong desire to travel
5. HS diploma/ GED
6. Ability to pass driving record check
7.Computer Skills
This is a 24 month contract position with great potential to get into the company after the 2 year project
This person will be paid not only for hours work but also for ALL TRAVEL TIME. This includes time spent at the airport, on the road, and while in the air. Hotel accommodations and meals are also paid for by the company!

Breakdown in duties:
1. Travel to dealerships to coach and mentor dealership technicians on the Quick Service process.
2. Support authoring staff on Quick Service process improvements and documentation.
3. Advise Management of project status and potential issues.
4. Participate in team meetings.
5. Conduct Quick Service and Flex Inspect demonstrations at trade shows and for potential new Quick Service customers that are visiting company facilities.
6. Complete various additional assignments as directed by Management.
7. Work directly with customer contacts to guide them through problem resolutions.
