Established manufacturer located near Lake Success, NY seeks a full-time entry level Junior IT Help Desk Administrator.
This Help Desk Administrator will be responsible for managing help desk queues, troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, telephone/voice system, and network issues, and providing technical support to in-house and remote staff.
The incumbent will have:
- Experience troubleshooting Mac OS (preferred) and/or Windows
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Certification from a technical school or other industry-related college degree
- Experience with various programming languages i.e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
- Additional technical specializations or certifications (CompTIA A+, Cisco – Networker, Citrix, MS Office, etc.)
