Providing extraordinary service to our guests, our Room Service Services provide guests with a 4 star luxury in room dining experience as requested throughout their stay. Ideal candidates will have strong knowledge and descriptions of all menu items, including wine, beer and assisting with recommendations, including knowledge of service times. This position will at times be responsible for answering incoming calls, utilizing the guest name, and assisting with taking guest orders, to include room number, number of persons dining and quoting delivery time.
Ideal candidates will have extraordinary hospitality skills, a minimum of 1 year of experience and the ability to anticipate guest needs.Must have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Must possess basic computational ability. Must be able to lift up to 30lbs + on a regular and continuous basis. Thorough knowledge of In-Room Dining service a plus as well as the ability to communicate effectively in the English language.
Must be be flexible to work a variety of shifts which include weekends.
